DO I VIOLATE TESLA'S WARRANTY IF I EXTEND MY CAR WITH AMPTECH PRODUCTS?

For the AMPTech components AMPTech gives a warranty for 4 years or 80.000km. Warranty limitations on Tesla components are (depending on the current warranty policy on the part of Tesla) only for the components to which AMPTech components are directly attached. All other vehicle components (battery, motors, interior, axles, brakes, etc.) are not affected by a warranty limitation. For these components the normal Tesla warranty conditions apply.

DO I HAVE TO DRIVE TO HAMBURG TO HAVE THE INSTALLATION DONE?

Die Installation kann in einem AMP-Center oder einer AMP-Partnerwerkstatt in Ihrer Nähe, von unserem hauseigenen Vor-Ort-Installationsservice oder mittels Abhol- und Lieferservice Ihres Tesla durchgeführt werden. Das Angebot richtet sich nach Umfang der Installation und dem Standort Ihres Fahrzeugs. Sollte die von Ihnen gewünschte Installationsvariante für Ihren Standort oder die von Ihnen gewählte Ausstattung nicht verfügbar sein, finden wir gerne eine individuelle Lösung für Sie – rufen Sie dazu gerne unsere Kundenbetreuung an. 

HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK AT AMPTECH?

AMPTech components are offered exclusively via our homepage. The absence of a physical store allows us to reduce the prices for AMPTech extensions to a minimum. If you would like a free telephone consultation or if you have questions about the expansions, the installation or other questions about the AMPTech components, you can contact our customer service by telephone or arrange a callback. Once you have decided on a solution, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. You can view your shopping cart, add or remove components at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon. By clicking the “proceed to checkout” button, you will be taken to the SSL-encrypted checkout area. Here you enter your invoice and delivery address, contact details and choose a payment method that suits you. With a click on “buy now” you complete the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will confirm this with an order confirmation by email. Afterwards, if you choose the option “with installation service”, we will arrange a suitable date for the installation of the components.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL THE COMPONENTS YOURSELF?

Of course, it is possible to install the extensions purchased from us yourself. For this purpose, we provide you with an installation video as well as installation instructions on our homepage. In addition, we offer you further convenient installation options, for example at an AMP center or AMP partner workshop near you, through our in-house on-site installation service or by means of a pick-up and delivery service of your vehicle. The offer depends on the scope of the installation and the location of your Tesla. If the installation variant you want is not available for your location or the equipment you have chosen, we will be happy to find an individual solution for you – just call our customer service.
